really nice little buzz but three attempts now to enter salvias world by methods including making a strong tea , smoking and even chewing but i just cant seem to get there ,im just on the edge each time so im going to go for a stronger dose, i do recommend though for first time users though who are not used to mind altering substances and im happy with this extract its allowed me to dip my toes into salvia world so i feel less nervous about going all in now, this gave me a really good experience and knocks me spark out to sleep following the whole experience. its good stuff ,make sure you are safe and lying down for when it hits you because it hits fast
